We process and ship most of our orders within 1 working day. Based on our historical data, shipping time is around 7-20 days if you are using standard shipping.
However, on rare occasions, your package may be delayed for circumstances beyond our control such as holidays and customs inspections.

After a crate or order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email from support@craftdiykit.com. You may need to check that these emails are not sent to your Spam folder. You can also track your subscription shipments by following the steps below:
- Log in to your CraftDIYKit account
- Navigate to the Orders tab
- Click on the tracking link for the crate you’d like to track
We do not support our own choice of logistics provider, all modes of transport are assigned by the system itself. Fortunately, our standard shipping time is 7-20 days (expressly subject to express delivery)
