Exchange Policy

We will accept exchanges if you notify us via email at

Make sure to contact us within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).
If 30 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, we would not be able to offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

What CAN NOT be exchanged:

  • Lost, damaged, or opened packaging
  • Received more than 30 days
  • Man-made damage

The following information is needed to process your request:

  • Your order number (order number should begin with “CDK-”)
  • The email address used to place the order
  • Reasons for exchange
