Exchange Policy

We will accept exchanges if you notify us via email at support@craftdiykit.com.

Make sure to contact us within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).
If 30 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, we would not be able to offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.

What CAN NOT be exchanged:

• Lost, damaged, or opened packaging
• Received more than 30 days
• Man-made damage

The following information is needed to process your request:

• Your order number (order number should begin with “CDK-”)
• The email address used to place the order
• Reasons for exchange

Please send the above information to us via email at support@craftdiykit.com.
It would help if you also enclosed it in your returned package for us to match your order. Without the information, we would not identify and processed your package.

*Please be reminded that you will be responsible for the return shipping label.

*Please note that we are not liable for any parcel lost during its return shipment to us.
