Shipping Policy

CraftDIYKit provides shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc. We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can send your order either to your home or workplace.

*Please provide us with the correct shipping address when placing your order; no changes can be made after dispatch.

Shipping Times & Fees

  •  All orders will be sent out from our warehouse within 24 hours(working days) after you place them. 
  • The standard shipping time is 7-20 days (expressly subject to express delivery)
  • $3.99 Flat Rate Standard Shipping
  • Free shipping on orders over $89.00

* For Rural or considered remote areas, it will take longer for our delivery process

Order Tracking

  • You track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered on craftdiykit.com.
  • If you haven’t registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your tracking number.
  • All orders are shipped using courier services and can be tracked online.

*Please note that your tracking information might not be visible on your account once your order leaves our warehouse since we need to receive this information from the courier and upload it into our system. However, if you cannot see your tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, don’t hesitate to contact us via email at support@craftdiykit.com, we will get back to you in 24 hours.

Change of Shipping Address

  • Before Shipping: Free of charge.
  • After Shipping: $ 20 USD WILL BE CHARGED when the items are in transit. (We cannot guarantee the address will be successfully changed due to the complicated situation. If fails, we will refund the $ 20 USD.)
  • Delivered: We don’t accept address changes if the package has already been delivered successfully.

*Please note: due to privacy and security concerns, we can only process a change of shipping address request sent to us at support@craftdiykit.comChange of shipping address requests cannot be submitted by phone, social media, or alternative email addresses.

Claim For A Lost Package

If you did not receive the package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, the customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim. We don’t accept package loss claims after three days from the delivery date.
