Return Policy


Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours.

If your order has already left our warehouse, we can no longer assist you with canceling your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please submit a cancellation request via email at

Your cancellation request must include the following information:

  • Your order number (order number should begin with “CDK-”)
  • The name and email address used to place the order

Make sure to contact us within 30 days after your package has been delivered (according to the tracking information provided).

If 30 days have gone by since your package has been delivered, we will not be able to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that it was in when you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

What CAN NOT be returned:

  • Lost, damaged, or opened packaging
  • Received more than 30 days
  • Man-made damage

*Please be reminded that returns are made at the customer’s cost. CraftDIYKit will compensate the cost for the return shipping fees with store credit up to US$10.

*Please note that we are not liable for any parcel lost during its return shipment to us. We are an international company and ship our orders worldwide. We have set up a global returns center in China.


Once your cancellation has successfully been processed or your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund.
Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.

Alternatively, you can choose to accept the value as store credit for our website towards your next purchase(s).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
