About Wright Flyer
The Wright Flyer, the first successful heavier-than-air powered aircraft, was designed and built by the Wright brothers. On December 17, 1903, they flew it four times near Kill Devil Hills. Constructed from giant spruce, it featured wings with a 1-in-20 camber. Lacking a suitable engine, they enlisted Charlie Taylor to craft a lightweight 12-horsepower gasoline engine from scratch.
Note: Since air shipment is not allowed, the glue, batteries, and fuel are not included, so please prepare your own(If needed). You can choose silicone liquid glue, corresponding batteries, and different fuel colors.

I love this. It is smaller than coveted but that’s a good thing. With glueing required I am taking my time.
Having been to kitthawk and my father helped build a replica I really knew this would be fun. Parts are easy to remove and do far assembly is great!

Wasn’t aware it was a glued model – I am used to the non-glued variety – however, it was fun to build although it took ages as I had to wait for glued parts to dry thoroughly before progressing. It turned out great in the end!

We are very happy to provide advice for our products, due to the design of this model, glue is needed to maintain the stability of some of the structure, and our designers are also working on ways to improve this design.
